Friway Flow was our first in-house formula—born out of a need for high-quality preparations and a great deal of patience. We tested hundreds of plant parts from various traditions and kept only those that worked best together. A well-rounded foundation for everyday life, perfect for a fresh start or when you want to detox your body.

The story of Flow begins with exploration and curiosity. Our founder tested ingredients from several herbal traditions—Chinese, American, and European—and selected a limited number that worked best together in our internal tests. The idea was to replace many separate supplements with a cohesive foundation in which a few, carefully selected herbs complement each other in balanced proportions.

Flow contains herbs traditionally used to support well-being. These include horsetail, batavia root, cistanche, tiger nut, gardenia, Job’s tears, jujube, licorice root, goji, perilla, and Russian root. All of them naturally contain vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and trace elements. Many people use Flow during periods they call “detox.” It provides a simple foundation when you’re scaling back your diet, want to maintain your routine, and wish to support, cleanse, and detoxify your body without any hassle.

Over time, we refined the formula and began examining not only the active plant ingredients but also the binders. We do not use magnesium stearate. Instead, we choose tried-and-tested alternatives such as organic vegetable inulin and dicalcium phosphate.

Flow is made without unnecessary additives and is free of gluten, lactose, milk protein, and nuts.
