Friway was born out of real-world experience. From encounters with people, decades of clinical work, and an unwavering desire to understand the body’s health and well-being—for real. We were looking for products that could deliver the same results, every time. But all too often, that reliable effect was missing. So we began testing, comparing, and refining the products ourselves. Not just based on lab results, but with the body as our guide.

2000
It all began at the workbench
Friway emerged from practical work with the body. Our founder, Ulf Kilman, with a background in chiropractic, kinesiology, and nutritional medicine, wanted to gain a deep understanding—not just of what should work, but of what actually does. When he began testing various dietary supplements in his daily practice, he soon noticed that the body reacted differently, despite identical ingredient lists. That marked the beginning of a new path—developing supplements that don’t just look good on paper, but that actually make a difference in the body.
2000
An Olympic gold medal paved the way
When Ulf worked with swimmer Lars Frölander in preparation for the 2000 Olympics, the focus was on precision, balance, and recovery. The gold medal in Sydney proved just how much the body is capable of—and what a difference it makes when you pay attention to the right signals. For us, it was a milestone that further strengthened our confidence in our approach.

Flow – the first formula
Flow was the first product we developed from scratch. It was the result of years of testing, fine-tuning, and paying close attention to the body’s response. The goal was to create a product that truly makes a difference, exactly where it’s needed. And so, Flow became the starting point for a product line in which every supplement has a clear purpose.

When we registered Livstillskott as a trademark, we put into words something we were already living by. For us, it’s about more than just products—it’s a philosophy of health where the body is supported slowly, gently, and without shortcuts. We do not allow any substances—at any stage of the process—that could in any way disrupt the body. The capsule material must be as gentle as the contents are effective, and every batch is analyzed to ensure that you get exactly what you need—and nothing else.

Kinesiology – the key to precision
Every Friway product is backed by rigorous kinesiological testing. Using Holographic Kinesiology (HKT®), we observe how the body responds to individual substances as well as to combinations of them. This method is an integral part of our approach to product development and quality assurance—from raw materials to the finished product—and helps us identify the combinations that provide the greatest benefit to the body.
Our supplements are powerful on their own, but can have an even deeper effect when used in conjunction with treatment.
