About Friway
Friway was born out of real-world experience. From meeting people, decades of clinical work and an unwavering will to truly understand the body's health and wellbeing. We looked for products that could give the same results, every time. But too often, the reliable effect just wasn't there. So, we started testing, comparing and refining for ourselves. Not only with lab values, but with the body as our guide.

2000
It all began at the treatment table
Friway has its roots in hands-on work with the body. Our founder, Ulf Kilman, with a background in chiropractic, kinesiology and nutritional medicine, wanted to understand in depth: not just what should work, but what does. When he began testing different supplements in his daily treatment work, he soon noticed that the body reacted differently, despite identical ingredient lists. That was the start of a new path: developing supplements that don't just look good on paper but make a difference in the body.
2000
An Olympic gold showed the way
When Ulf worked with swimmer Lars Frölander in preparation for the 2000 Olympics, the focus was on precision, balance, and recovery. The gold medal in Sydney proved how much the body can achieve and how much of a difference it makes to listen to the right signals. For us, it was a milestone that further strengthened our confidence in how we work.
2002
Flow – the first formula
Flow was the first product we developed from scratch – the result of years of testing, fine-tuning and attentiveness to the body's response. The goal was to create a product that truly makes a difference, exactly where it's needed. And so, Flow became the starting point for a range where every supplement has its own clear purpose.
2025
Livstillskott – vårt sätt att tänka
När vi registrerade Livstillskott som varumärke satte vi ord på något vi redan levde efter. För oss handlar det om mer än produkter – det är en syn på hälsa där kroppen får stöd långsamt, varsamt och utan genvägar. Våra tillskott är inte skapade för snabba resultat, utan för att bygga upp kroppen inifrån, med tålamod och omtanke.

Our work on quality begins long before we make a product. Over the years, we've built a global network of carefully chosen growers and producers who understand our passion for quality. We're always looking for raw ingredients that are best in their class, and we never choose based on price or trends, only on how the body responds.
We test every raw ingredient with the greatest care, both on its own and in combination with others. The same care shapes how our products are made. We allow no substances, anywhere in the process, that could disturb the body in any way. The capsule should be as gentle as its contents are effective, and we analyse every batch to make sure you get exactly what you need. Nothing else.
For us, quality isn't about comparing ourselves with others. It's about making products that do their job every time. That has become our path.
What drives us is simple: to support, not strain. To always listen, never rush. With respect for both body and planet.
Kinesiology – the key to precision
Every Friway product begins with kinesiology testing. Using Holographic Kinesiology Treatment (HKT®), we see how the body responds to individual ingredients and combinations. The method is a natural part of how we develop our products and check their quality, from raw ingredients to finished products. It's also how we find the combinations that do the body the most good.
Our supplements are powerful on their own, but can have an even deeper effect when combined with treatment.
